Delivery Coverage and Timelines

Blue Partner Shop delivers physical orders across Thailand. Standard delivery lead times from the date of order fulfillment and courier dispatch are structured as follows:

• Bangkok and Greater Metropolitan Area: 2 business days from order dispatch.
• Nationwide (Other Provinces): 3 business days from order dispatch.
• Remote Areas and Special Postcodes: Deliveries to designated island or remote postal codes (including specific postcodes in Chiang Mai, Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, Phuket, etc.) may require additional delivery time depending on local carrier access.

Note: Delivery lead times apply strictly to standard business working days and explicitly exclude Sundays and official Public Holidays.

Order Fulfillment Lead Times

Orders placed and payment-verified before 16:00 hr (local Bangkok time) are queued for fulfillment and dispatch within 2 working days under standard operational conditions. During promotional campaigns or high-volume sales cycles, processing timelines may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on standard courier weight tiers and destination postal codes. Any active promotional shipping subsidies or free-delivery thresholds will automatically apply at checkout to eligible orders.

Order Tracking

Upon courier collection from our warehouse, an automated shipping confirmation containing your unique tracking number and portal link will be issued via email.
